The sound quality is awesome, fast setup within a minute or so, easy to use and were available within couple of hours to pickup. The pick up was fast and very easy. No hassles. No issues. No Lines. Best product and service ever.

An OTC hearing aid solution

My audiologist recommended I try an over-the-counter hearing aid, and after pricing devices sold as OTC hearing aids, decided to try the air-pods solution. Very happy with these so far.

They would be better if they told you what mode they are in when you change them (similar to what Jabras do). The volume control on the ear buds could be easier than having to rub in a select spot. I am not having much luck with that. The sound quality is fine, but the ANC could be better. Battery life is fine. One of the main reasons why I got the Air Pod Pro2 is to be able to use the Find My app in case I lose one. For someone who is prone to losing ear buds, that can save you some money and frustration. The ability to "fine tune" them to your preferences is average.
