Love them, the only issue I have is that they fall out of my ears when I’m exercising. Amazing sound!! Great battery life!

Lost my AirPods and realized I couldn't exercise without them. Ordered new ones online with BestBuy and was able to pick up within an hour of placing the order, well before I was to workout!

These are great for music and talking on the phone which I do a lot of at work. Only gripe is that they don’t always feel stable in my ear so I wouldn’t use them during workouts or adventuring that involves impact.

Overall bestbuy service was great. On time notification and the airpod itself is working great. Sound quality is excellent and noise cancellation is working well. So far no issues. Good thing was able to purchase it at discounted price.

Super great earbuds. Typically earbuds hurt my ears after wearing them from 2+ hours or slip out but with the different sizes provided with the AirPods, I never experienced any of those inconveniences! :)

I bought these as a gift for husband who just returned from a work trip out of state. He called while there just to tell me how great the Apple Air Pods were. He thought they were going to fall out while using, but they didn’t. He was very happy - high praise from him

I really like the new AirPods Pro 2! I had the previous version, and wanted to try these because of the conversation awareness feature (which I enjoy). When I fired up my music, I was suprised how much better these sounded - especially the bass. Very glad I picked these up!!!

I do listen music with these, but I bought them to use as hearing aids. The hearing aid function was easy to navigate due to the instructions that were written and also the prompts on your phone whenever you are setting the air pods for hearing aids. As someone with moderate hearing loss, they make my life easier and also the people around me. Highly recommend if you want to use them as hearing aids.
