The Pro 2's are great. My issue is with Best Buy's tactics. I purchased the Open Box item in "Excellent" condition. The product I received did not meet that standard in my opinion. As I was working to take off the 8,328 stickers they put on the box, it was clear WHY they didn't appear to meet the standard. They had re-packaged these and just sold them as a higher level than advertised without removing the previous sticker first. Disappointing and easily avoidable.

Absolutely love these air pods. This is my second time purchasing (I lost the first ones after a few years of use) a they are just as amazing. And I would purchase again.

I love the 2nd generation AirPods Pro. They connect so effortlessly with my iPhone 15 pro. I had to get these, because my 1st generation pros was making a crackling noise in the right ear. These are so amazing. I use them everyday.

I love these pros a lot, they help with the long work trips we take constantly and have great charge time and battery life plus after dropping it a good amount of times they are still in great shape

Really good audio quality for what they are. Battery life is ok ish though. Don’t expect them to last all day if you are a music head.

I was very impressed with the quality off sound and the improvement over my previous AirPods .
