They were very good not damaged and not dirty. They arrived on time and was a very good experience and got everything that I asked for.

They work great…. Only reason I bought a new pair was I lost my other ones. Tried other brand first but nothing compares to these.

They keep slipping out of my ears during normal use. I have tried different size earcups and the smallest arevery uncomfortable and cause pain after a while, while the largest slip out faster, but all of them slip out of my ears if I don’t constantly press them into my ears. They sound fine and work fine otherwise.

This is my second pair of airpods and they work great. Best Buy was great as well and they were on sale which was a bonus!

Bought em for my wife to replace the ones I ran thru the washing machine. Same ones as I bought her a year ago to replace the ones that just started to wear down after daily use of about 2 years. The only downside was the port was changed on the charging case from lightning to usbc so now I have to buy her a new nightstand charging pad. Oh well could be worse.

I’ve owned regular AirPods, and didn’t think pro’s were any different. But they are absolutely a great upgrade! The sound, and noise cancellation!

I lost the pair I had so I was using a different brand of headphones. The difference in quality was so bad I could hardly stand to use them. These are a godsend.

Love these! First time have noise canceling ear buds and it helps me not lose my mind with so much noise from kids. lol if you have kids you need some!
