The sound quality is good sometimes I go wild with the music, but it’s good comfort all the difference sizes they give you is good that very life. It can last a week for the battery life honestly

They give me a fake ones, and went to the store for the exchange they told me that I was cheating. The serial number doesn't match. HORRIBLE

The improvement over the Gen 1 is night and day, once you feel the sound quality, you’ll never consider other headphones, the noise cancellation is equally amazing, it will completely fade out all noise, and the transparency mode is something I never thought I would need but now I can’t live without, you can listen to music while staying aware of your surroundings this feature is even better when you enable the Adaptive mode which intelligently cancels out really loud noises while keeping awareness of your surroundings. Couldn’t live without them! I had the 1st gen I got 4 years ago but got these with the added functions with the gen 2! I still use my gen 1 AirPod Pros with my Laptop and but the Gen 2s go everywhere with me and I expect they will last just as long and my other ones will that are STILL working. A must have especially if you have an iPhone! Sound great, fit great, battery great, new case with speaker great, noise cancelling great, transparency mode great! Side note.. I used to hate earbuds, they used to either hurt my ears or fall out; but the shape of the AirPod Pros changed that at least for me forever. Sometimes I even forget to take it out of my ear when I use just one for phone calls. No complaints, love them and will never not have a pair.
