Excellent device. I use it to block out extraneous noise in my condo when I am listening to CDs. I did the hearing test and am also using it to counter mild hearing loss and help with my ability to hear some tracks on the CDs.

Ordered this item online and did store pickup. Smooth process. The AirPods Pro 2 are fantastic. They have good noise cancellation. They also stay in my ear better than the AirPods. Great product.

It's a GREAT product, but here's the thing. I used my previous AirPods Pro (2nd Gen with Lighting) as a hearing aid. I liked them better than my $6,000 conventional hearing aids! This USB-C pair is a little better in some ways but less reliable for me as a hearing aid. I hope Apple will change the software to restore its value to me. The problem is that I can't get these to stay in transparency mode with hearing accommodations turned on. Even when I do not choose the new adaptive mode, it still tries to be somewhat adaptive. When I'm listening to someone, it will switch from transparency to adaptive mode and begin to muffle the speaker's voice. If I say something, the AirPods will momentarily revert to transparency mode with hearing accommodating but quickly slip back into a moderated noise cancellation mode, and muffle the speakers' voices. This is killer, sabotaging one of their primary benefits that I used to enjoy and employ extensively in the previous lighting-compatible pair. Again, I hope they will patch the software to fix this. This product is amazing. As someone who went from just the plain AirPods to the AirPods Pro 2, I can tell a dramatic difference in sound quality. These are amazing for normal activities such as going to the gym, on a phone call, or for school work/meetings.

Great upgrade from the first generation. Adaptive audio/conversation boost is a game changer. Huge improvement on noise cancellation and transparency mode as well.

I would recommend those AirPods Pro two to any anyone that have a phone that can use this product. It is very convenient. The sound is great Clear easy to use. Just great customer service at Best Buy. I love you from Best Buy.

The AirPods Pro 2 are ok. The sound is good but the left AirPod keeps coming “loose” out of my ear and it will sometimes fall out. I have to keep shoving it into my ear canal so it won’t fall out when I’m working out. The right one seems to stay in fairly well. I have even changed the size of the “cushions” but that didn’t seem to help the fit of the left one. It’s kind of annoying to have to keep shoving the AirPod into my ear every few minutes to keep it from falling out. The noise cancellation is pretty good. It tunes out the outside noise very well. It did download and connect fairly quickly to my iPhone when I first bought them. The fit is about my only complaint.

My wife buy me this and I have the other ones before this one is better the noise canceling feature and the sound are way better on this new ones plus it no fail out my ear like the other ones.

First pair of Apple AirPods. I like them quite a bit. Don't like that they do fall out especially as I am walking or worse when I am cutting the lawn. I have the largest pads that they come with. Replacing the medium ones that it came with was a scare since it took careful pulling and verifying on You tube if this is the proper way to replace them. Quality is good and some of the features are not as intuitive. I changed the microphone from Standard to voice isolation and that helped quite a bit but the pause of sound when I move which I think is another user setting is a bit annoying. Battery life so far I am very pleased with.

Comfortable and they do a good job of filtering external noise. Much better than the off brand one that I had been using, as I would expect given the price difference. I got these during Black Friday sale. 4 stars because they are pricey.
