I used off brands before mainly because of cost. I found these on sale at a great price and am amazed at the clarity and ease of use. The noise canceling feature is definitely a bonus.

She likes Apple products because of the "ease of setup". Basically, they are plug and play with her other equipment. She loves them. It is her first time having noise cancelling buds. She won't be going back.
