The 2nd generation AirPod Pro have an excellent high quality sound to them and the noise cancellation is amazing. It’s new conversation awareness feature is amazing. It makes conversations much easier while listening to music by automatically lowering the volume while speaking with others. I have tried numerous earphones and there aren’t any that have satisfied my liking like these have.

Great sound and comfortable to wear. The purchase was easy and staff was great.

[Employee of bestbuy] Excellent ear buds, the active noise cancelling and transparency make them great for any situation. They easily interface with all of my devices even the ones outside of the Apple ecosystem. The key ring hole was a nice addition to this 2nd generation of AirPod pros.

They are good. The noise cancelling works well...almost too well. I don't like how it makss outside noises. Also my music goes quiet when I'm singing along. I get why it's helpful for talking to people, but I just pause my device for that. These are probably settings I can change but I've been too lazy to check.

It’s been an experience to get used to. The first time I tried them listen to music I was taken back by how I could not hear what was going on around me. As I had just tried one headphone initially. It does take some time to get used to as these are my first set of AirPods. I love how you can take a call and there are no issues when using it. I’m glad I got them but am aware that I need to be extra careful since they can get lost or stolen easily. However, I really enjoy them.

These sound great and connect flawlessly to the iphone. The spatial audio is pretty cool too.

Love the noise cancellation. This was my second pair- left my last pair in an airport across the country. Owning a cleaning company these are a must for working every day! Best Buy makes it so so easy! Order and it’s ready for pick up quickly!

I give this product a 4 star. I love everything about it, mostly the noise canceling feature. The suction on the AirPods are very secure compared to the other generations. My only issue is the battery life off of the case. However, the is minor.

Great sound and easy connect just the thing we need

I am very pleased with the AirPods Pro 2. I replaced much older generation that was starting to fail and I’m so pleased with the upgrade. These have more features. I love how much they cancel the outside noise. When I’m on the phone no one can hear all the background noise. They are perfect and a good value.
