i love buying stuff in best buy they always give costumers the best service that they can give and as a costumer for how many years now they always been going beyond by answering my questions and i love this new airpods that i got.

The little things: swipe up and down for volume, usb c and mag charging, lanyard loop, better mic placement. These changes make this set an impressive upgrade from gen 1 pros. Apple could retain this gen and sit as the wireless earbud leader for a very long time. So long as they allow deeper support with other devices, not just iOS devices.

The airpods are small and the noise cancelling are great for plane rides and noisy areas.

These are great and make a big difference in sound quality compared to the older versions. The heat aid feature is good and you can hear pretty much everything even walking in the leaves, birds and whatever is among a sound.

I used to wear my Airpod Pros all day but after 4 hours i had to charge them. This second gen version of them are so much better. You can control the volume from the stems and they have haptic feedback now. The battery is the best part I can wear these for about 6 hours with all of the fancy features like sound cancellation and transperancy off.

Overall they’ve been great, had no problems, some of the best headphones I’ve worn. They work seamlessly with my iPhone. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my AirPod pros. My favorite feature is the noise cancellation setting because I literally feel like I’m in my own arena.

If you're able, it's worth it to upgrade. Sound is better with this generation, and the gesture controls have gotten much easier to use and more responsive.

I had previously purchased AirPods 2nd generation with lightning connector and they sound good but the AirPods Pro 2 sound better with more bass. I really like that the AirPods pro 2 can be charged using wireless charging.
