Works super great, hardly falls out. Good. Pose cancellation, can’t even hear my kids when they are running around the house. Very nice.

No audiophile but I would say the sound is just a bit better. The new features like volume control from the stem is pretty awesome. The case plays a decently loud sound if you misplace em. All minor things but worth it when comparing the previous generation. However, if you have the previous ones I wouldn’t upgrade unless they break. Bought these for my wife and she normally doesn’t like headphones that go in ear but she loves these. If you have the Apple ecosystem, do yourself a favor and get them.

Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. They sound good. The different sizes of ear cushions is nice.

The Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen have been great so far. The noise cancellation works well, making it easier to focus, and the USB-C charging port is a nice upgrade for convenience. Got these on sale, my 2nd pair… broke the other set after a year or so, to be expected though in reality. They work great, long battery life and recharge quickly! Super happy, thanks !

Absolutely the most comfortable air pods out there. Love the noise cancellation for either one pod or both. Purchased a different model and came back to these. Cant beat the security, sound and I can pair it to my watch for hands free/phone free long beach walks.

Bought these for my daughter and she loves them. They stay inside your ear without falling out even during exercise. The noise cancellation is great too when in a noisy environment.

I love the smaller AirPods they are so convenient and the quality is excellent. I will definitely recommend everyone to get the smallest ones which or the air pod pros . They do not fall out your ear and the sound is everything . No one can hear my background and I love that the most. Excellent earbuds. I love that they give you multiple sizes of tips for different ear sizes. The noise cancellation is next level and they are a reasonable price in my opinion!

Upgraded from original AirPods because battery life had become poor. With the upgrade, appreciate the improved sound quality and noise cancelling feature. The primary purpose for me is work related (spend lot of my day on the phone). The upgrade doesn’t help much there, but improvement is significant when I do listen to music or watch video with sound. Major improvement in battery life even if I were to compare them to when I initially started using the older version of AirPods. I’m not loving the way new version fits inside my ear. I’ve switched out the rubber ear pieces few times and just can’t seem to find the right fit. I’m sure it’s great for some, but for me they just don’t fit in my ear as well as the original version. They even start to slide out of my ear at times and I find myself adjusting them way more often throughout the day. I hate this because everything else about this version of AirPods is so much better.

These Air Pods are wonderful. The sound quality is fantastic and the noise cancellation feature is fabulous. No worries about them falling out during exercise. Additionally, I have never been disappointed with an online order from Best Buy. Orders have always been received quickly with no errors.
