Call Quality & Microphone are one of the AirPods 2’s strongest points. The microphone clarity during phone or video calls is excellent, even in moderately noisy environments.

Comfortable and they do a good job of filtering external noise. Much better than the off brand one that I had been using, as I would expect given the price difference. I got these during Black Friday sale. 4 stars because they are pricey.

Easily the best out there. The noise cancellation is amazing. When I’m on the phone, I can literally be in the most noisy environment and the person on the other end cannot hear any of it. Music sounds great on them and I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Product! Stays in the ear while cleaning, running or even doing yard work

I needed some every day earphones as I have Beats Studios for gym and travel. I had the Beat Powerbeats Pro for a few years but they died on me. I was so happy to see these on sale and decided to snag them. My favorite features are the noise cancellation and conversation awareness!

It's a GREAT product, but here's the thing. I used my previous AirPods Pro (2nd Gen with Lighting) as a hearing aid. I liked them better than my $6,000 conventional hearing aids! This USB-C pair is a little better in some ways but less reliable for me as a hearing aid. I hope Apple will change the software to restore its value to me. The problem is that I can't get these to stay in transparency mode with hearing accommodations turned on. Even when I do not choose the new adaptive mode, it still tries to be somewhat adaptive. When I'm listening to someone, it will switch from transparency to adaptive mode and begin to muffle the speaker's voice. If I say something, the AirPods will momentarily revert to transparency mode with hearing accommodating but quickly slip back into a moderated noise cancellation mode, and muffle the speakers' voices. This is killer, sabotaging one of their primary benefits that I used to enjoy and employ extensively in the previous lighting-compatible pair. Again, I hope they will patch the software to fix this. I bought this second pair for my dad, he went and had a hearing test and failed. He started researching hearing aids and I told him about the new update with Hearing Aid abilities. He’s so impressed, he can hear again. Very much worth the money and since he only uses them for aid in hearing the battery just last up to 12 hours. I recommend

Big upgrade from my old gen one pro’s. The auto adjust volume is a very useful feature for me going in and out of noisy coolers. Voice detection to lower volume works pretty good if you don’t sing to your songs. The hearing test feature was nice to see I’m not as deaf as I thought. Noise cancellation was a big improvement. Well worth the upgrade if your old set was on its way out.
