Nice sound love the noise canceling. Not the most comfortable but all ear buds are uncomfortable.

Of course, Apple AirPods are well designed and work terrifically well. I am super satisfied with these AirPods.

Apple has done some great things with the AirPods Pro with USB-C. However, I have bought two pair pairs of AirPods Pro from Best Buy in a span of a month because both pairs had an issue with either noise, cancellation or just audio itself. I kept running into this problem where noise cancellation would fade in and out in strength which meant outside noises like consistent white noise would start coming in almost as if noise cancellation had been disabled. I have also had an issue where audio bounces from the left to the right earbud fairly often. This has to just be a software glitch as if I rewind on a video. I watched where it just happened. For example, the same glitch doesn’t happen again meaning it’s completely randomized. This isn’t necessarily Best Buy‘s fault as I bought a third pair of AirPods Pro from Amazon and yet, the same issues persisted.

Do not buy them from the seller nexgen tech. They sent me fake AirPods Pro 2. The box was banged, looked cheap and had many discrepancies. I went to return it at my nearest Best Buy (which is my fave one) and the manager literally told me within 5 seconds that it was fake and brought another box to compare then side by side and show me how many discrepancies there were. It was infuriating that Best Buy allowed this. The box had a glued serial number, which if you looked it up I. The Apple website it showed as being a replacement. The actual “AirPods” serial number showed its warranty expires on December 26 and again was a completely different number than the one on the box. Again, do not buy it. The manager told me to call support to let them know what had happened and they could not care at all. Literally at all, they were not paying any attention and kept disconnecting the call. I tried 4 times and gave up, which leaves me with a bad taste because I loved Best Buy, but this incident as well as one more incident regarding the customer care team is literally driving me away from every buying there again.

Good quality good sound very sturdy product charges in no time very pleased with how these were constructed by Apple. These are my second pair I passed down my first pair purchased in 2021 to my daughter and she adores them as well.

Absolutely love them. Been needing a new pair of headphones and while I had some skepticism learned to love them.

They work fairly well. Good frequency response, versatility and battery life is great. iPhone behavior with them when answering calls can be finicky at times, but it happens infrequently thankfully.

Works great for the gym and running. Highly recommend.
