I got these as an upgrade from my 1st Gen Pros, and these are a huge improvement! Even just the little things like the audible feedback for wireless charging and volume control on the actual earbuds really sold me. Definitely worth the upgrade if you are considering! I wear at least one AirPod at work all day, and these do great at staying comfortable and definitely have a better battery life than my old ones.

The new hearing aid feature is a huge step forward for slight to moderate hearing loss. They are also a great stepping stop stone for family members needing hearing aids. Loading the audiogram is super easy. There is also a feature for doing a hearing test to set the hearing aids. While this makes them more accessible, it overrides the audiogram from the professional hearing test. It allows the user to play with the test over an over changing the setting. It can make adoption a bit more challenging depending on the quality of the setting for the self administered test. The compatibility as headphones without the hearing aid application. Hearing aid function only works with latest OS. For elder users or new users getting use to the feel of the air pods takes time and patience. Apple is making a significant step forward in extending access to improving hearing.

2 years and still going strong!! i love these bad boys. i wear them at the gym all the time and have no issues. especially the noise canceling, never had that in earbuds before. i love putting them in before a flight or at work, super discreet and powerful.

I love my AirPods. The noise cancellation is great for $200, and the battery life is impressive. Honestly, I really enjoy them.

I absolutely love my new iPods you can set them there if things get loud around you it blocks out the noise and also they stay in my ears a lot better than the other set I owned I definitely recommend

As a 1st time I phone user. I love them they fit in my ear perfectly and I use them for multiple purposes. Noise cancellation and hearing enchantment.

Must buy!! They are simple to use and work so well they really do block out noise or auto adjust plus the battery life and top tier when I first got them and open them of I charged them for like 30 mins but after I have not had to charge them for three days I just recharged them since having them and the new charging cord is so good it’s like a rope material so over time it work wear down and break like the old ones

I’ve never owned a pair of Apple earbuds, but these are amazing! The noise canceling is the main feature I was looking for and these do that so well! Very comfortable and quality sound!

This model AirPods is my favorite. They stay in place the best (without having to buy anything additional), the sound quality is phenomenal, easily moved from one Bluetooth connection to the next hassle free. I love that I can talk to Siri and not have to stop everything to go and stop my music or whatever I might be doing at the time. She lowers my music volume to listen to directions and actually does what I ask!

Love My AirPods Pro 2! I was sold on my 1st generation pair while having tried multiple different brands over the years and always ended up returning or gifting the other brands. My OG pair was only lasting for 1hr when fully charged which I assume is expected after almost 6 years of daily use, so I wanted an upgrade and I looked at others but knew these would be the best pair and like before I'm sold. The upgrades are nice and for anyone using Apple products these are seamless with how good everything connects and work with your iPhone / iPad / MacBook etc!!

I absolutely love my AirPod pro 2s they are the best on the market!! I would highly recommend getting a pair if you’re looking to get the best of the best ear buds look no further! If you have trouble hearing like my husband does these are awesome bcuz they offer hearing aids and much more these are my second pair I had the first set that Apple came out with then I upgraded to the pros then I upgraded again when the pro 2 came out and all were exceptional!! And the price is very affordable and worth every penny!! I have always ordered all my AirPods from Best Buy and never had any issues every set always arrived earlier then expected like several days early so I would recommend getting them from Best Buy they also come with warranties and support if you have any questions they can assist you with pairing or any other needs you may have!!

I love my AirPods they are extremely comfortable and they work as intended and the sound quality is amazing I use them when I do my runs or cleaning or even homework these were amazing

These are a great headphone if you use your Apple products daily. The noise cancelling is great and audio is very clear. Charge last long. Using a iPhone and Mac (may not be all readers) can easily switch between both quick and easy. Price is always questionable with Apple, but I use these everyday and it’s worth it (so far)

My old airpods second gen of the original were fine until i lost one and the case got dirty quick so i got this brand new. The noise cancelling works great so now i can tune out my brother though do be careful if someone is far away talking to you, you may not be able to hear it. For all the people who complained about getting it and it came used or something you should have been able to check which one you picked if you choose to get used ones (it offers different kinds specifying it could be scratched or missing peices etc.) it is less if you buy non new ones but its not the same. I attached a photo for refrence just note the ones i got are the brand new ones so they came perfectly fine and unused.

Excellent battery life and quality of the audio is great! The sound suppression helps to drown out all of the outside nice making the music much more enjoyable!
