    If i was an apple fan boy, i would rate 5 stars. Since i am not, i have to rate 4 stars. These buds constantly fall out of my ear. Have tried all tips and all angles. No luck. Went back to the base model apple buds.

    This retailer, "NextGen Tech," sent me counterfeit airpods. Counterfeit. Imposters. The serial number listed on the package was bogus. Best Buy online blamed me, not this third party retailer. Luckily the store helped me return this bogus product. Beware shoppers - much of what's on Best Buy's website is not from Best Buy, but from these third party merchants. And when there is a problem with these merchants, Best Buy throws up their hands and says they can't help, even though Best Buy is the party that I paid. Don't buy from this merchant, or any other third party merchant that Best Buy has on their website, unless you are certain you can trust them.

    I'm absolutely livid about this whole situation! The fact that the package was poorly packaged is bad enough, but finding that there were no AirPods in the box, and instead just A SILICA GEL PACKET AND A USED TAPE?! Yes, I swear I didn’t lie about what I have received. That is a blatant fraud and a disgusting display of disrespect towards me as a customer. It's not like they simply forgot to include the item I purchased - this was a deliberate attempt to deceive me. I can't believe the audacity of this company. And then to top it all off, I've been trying for TWO WHOLE WEEKS to get this resolved through their customer service, and absolutely nothing has been done. I'm so unbelievably disappointed and frustrated with the complete lack of assistance and accountability from BestBuy. This is completely unacceptable, and I swear I will never give them another penny of my business again after this outrageous experience. They've really shown their true colors, and I want nothing more to do with them moving forward.
