The feature it has when there background noise even if it’s a car passing by it lowers my music , also tge ear bud the smallest one still fall out of my ears. The tracking device I like even with the case both will chime even if the pods are separate from the case .

Originally I was excited to get some AirPods again. I bought them about a month ago & started having trouble with them. Made an appointment with Apple to get to the root & they did. Swapped out the old for the new & still satisfied with my purchase. Get them if you considering, great with tuning the world out.

If i was an apple fan boy, i would rate 5 stars. Since i am not, i have to rate 4 stars. These buds constantly fall out of my ear. Have tried all tips and all angles. No luck. Went back to the base model apple buds.

If I could give it no stars I would. When I received the package I was excited to open it but when I opened the AirPod box, the earbuds looks old and used. So I proceeded for a return. A few weeks later I re received the AirPods in the mail. I called and asked why, they told me that the serial number didn’t match the box, me being confused and asked for more information about it. They said that I had to go call a different number which I did. This costumer service told me to return it and they’ll give me a refund . Not too long ago I re received the AirPods in the mail again. So I called costumer service once again, they didn’t help me out at all nor did they even try to ask. All they told me was the serial number doesn’t match the box . And then proceeded to hang up on me. I waited 40ish minutes on call just for her to hang up on me. Now not only do I have the used AirPods with me, but also loosing money because of this problem. I am very disappointed in this and wouldn’t recommend people buying it too

They work very well. As expected as they are Apple. The ANC is amazing too.

The noise cancellation is excellent and blocks out most background noise in busy areas. Sound quality is clear with strong bass and crisp vocals. The transparency mode feels natural and makes conversations easy without removing the earbuds. Battery life has been solid throughout the day and the charging case is compact and convenient. They connect instantly to my Apple devices and switching between devices is smooth. The fit is comfortable for long use and they stay secure while walking or working out. The hearing aid features and adaptive audio are also surprisingly useful. Definitely worth the upgrade.
