    I’m very impressed with these AirPods Pro 2. The sound quality is amazing, clear, balanced, and with great bass. The active noise cancellation works really well, blocking out background noise so I can fully enjoy my music or focus when needed.     I got a pair from BestBuy, the ANC was not working. I returned that and got a new pair. Same issue! Then I went directly to apple for diagnossiss. And guess what they said, they are fake !!! I am attaching the report from apple. Apple said, "Could tell by discoloration, case is too wide, hinge is too lose, gap in case, indicator light is not the correct color, and the case makes an unknown ding sound when plugged in and opened." BestBuy did refund me but, I had too visit the store three times. And for a brand like BestBuy, this is very disappointing. I will be avoiding BestBuy from now on. You should too. Not worrth the hassel. A google search shows that this has been going for a long time. May be they just don't care.

    Good with only apple devices. Couldn’t connect to my desktop system and my windows laptop. But its good to have this for the reason that i could track them if i lose them anywhere.
