    In the description of the "excellent" condition AirPods I got said, "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)," but I was missing a pair of ear tips and everything just came in a plastic bag. The hinge of the case is loose and the magnet that keeps the AirPods in isn't that strong. I talked to customer service and they said I could get another pair for the price I paid for "guaranteed," but when I tried to exchange it in person, they said I would have to pay the difference. I told them the person I talked to said they could guarantee that I didn't have to pay anything extra but they continued to say "no." I then asked why the person I talked to would guarantee something that isn't guaranteed and they just said "idk." I didn't get what I paid for and customer service lied to me. The customer service at the store didn't even try to help. I won't buy from Best Buy again. Save yourself the trouble and just buy it from Amazon.

    The AirPods Pro are good but the fit in ears is not as comfortable as the Samsung Air Pods.

    This item was already opened. It’s Christmas Eve and there’s nothing I can do about it now. I went to wrap the gift, having not opened the shipping package it came in, and much to my shock this AirPod Pro (2nd generation) has a broken seal on the top for sure and partially on the bottom. Best Buy, how do you let that happen? Buyer be warned. This was my daughter’s big gift. Now I’m wondering about the product itself. Very very disappointed. There were no issues with the bubble wrap envelope so this is 100% on Best Buy. I worry what my kid will open in the morning. I will definitely be returning this item. This is poor quality control. Wondering if someone at BB took the actual product out and replaced it with something inferior. Sooooo sooooo upset right now.

    Overall, good earbuds that work well with my Apple Devices. Have had some minor issues with paring but they self resolved. If you can get them on sale they’re a great buy.
