This retailer, "NextGen Tech," sent me counterfeit airpods. Counterfeit. Imposters. The serial number listed on the package was bogus. Best Buy online blamed me, not this third party retailer. Luckily the store helped me return this bogus product. Beware shoppers - much of what's on Best Buy's website is not from Best Buy, but from these third party merchants. And when there is a problem with these merchants, Best Buy throws up their hands and says they can't help, even though Best Buy is the party that I paid. Don't buy from this merchant, or any other third party merchant that Best Buy has on their website, unless you are certain you can trust them.

Need bigger earplugs for my ears, because the biggest one keeps slipping out my ear

Item was fake. I bought two airpods but When i opened the other box, the sticker was tampered and the airpods has no protective plastic cover, no charger and there was even hair! I tried to return the same day that I receive the package, but bestbuy didnt accept it and told me to start a return process through mail, which I did. Now, i got an email that they will return the item to me because it doesnt have the serial number. The same reason why I am returning the item to best buy because there is no way that I will pay for something like this! Do something about it!

Not giving the Airpods Pro a bad review, just the extremely bad purchase experience at Best Buy in Nampa, ID. Had set up the purchase online with a $45 trade-in for the original Airpods Pro. When I arrived at the store for pickup, the service person would not honor the trade-in, said he would go $29 max for the original Airpod Pros. He was very unprofessional, pawing over the trade-in items and stating their value wasn't worth $45, making imaginary claims of scratches on the case, which had been in an "Armored" protective case since day of purchase. Recommend anyone wanting to do business with Best Buy in the Treasure Valley area to head to over to Boise, ID

The AirPods Pro (2nd generation) have been an excellent upgrade. The sound quality is rich and well balanced, with clear vocals and deep bass. The active noise cancellation is very effective and noticeably reduces background noise, making them great for work, travel, and daily use. They are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods, and the fit feels secure without causing fatigue. Pairing with Apple devices is seamless, and switching between devices is quick and effortless. Transparency mode works smoothly and allows outside sound in naturally when needed. The fit isn’t that great for me I tried all the fittings and it still falls out my ear and sometimes disconnects mid conversation. Then they don’t stay charged long for as much as they cost. I don’t get 6 hours out of a charge.

Average sound quality, frequent distortions observed, and not so great noise cancellation. Also, surprisingly it disconnects abruptly when in use with my iPhone. Believe it’s just with my AirPods, cause my friends don’t experience distortions or connectivity issues with their AirPods. Maybe I just have a faulty piece.

I bought these to accommodate my documented hearing loss and these were unable to quantify my hearing loss in order to assist with the loss. My hearing loss may be too much for the system.

Not as good as they used to be and very overrated for the price and they now use US-C ports so you’d have to buy new chargers and everything if you have an Apple phone but I mean they’re still average but I would invest in smth else unless you really want these
