I got a used charging case for the airpods. It has numerous scratches and are visible very clearly. This is not acceptable from such a big brand where you spent so much money and get a used product. And since I am an international customer so I am not in US now, I dont know how this can be raised?

Don’t buy! I bought these on April 15 2025 and they did not even last me a month. The right AirPod does not work at all no charge and this is a common issue just look it up on YouTube. Shame on Apple for this terrible product! I would just go with the regular AirPods to be honest

Not a review for AirPods but a review for BestBuy ! They sold stolen AirPods Pro 2 as open box product. Before you walk out of the store, after you buy an open box product from bestbuy, especially an Apple product, please make sure to check if it can added to your account or it’s not cloud locked. Neither Apple or BestBuy is ready to offer you a solution.

These apple airpro 2 are not worth the money spent. They don’t work when trying to connect to Siri nor do they work to hear nor speak when on phone calls. Either the microphones don’t work or they have a Bluetooth issue. It may be that they are not authentic apple products.

This product came to me broken, I waited 3 weeks for this product to arrive and when it arrived it was broken I tried to go to the store to exchange it and they wouldn’t let me so now I have to wait another 3 weeks if I buy another pair I’m very disappointed in this service

Loved the overall design and function of these earbuds only to be disappointed after only 2 days of use that they don’t actually stay in your ears even when using the XS ear tips. Any movement, chewing, yawn, swallow, ear pop and they fall out. Whats the point if I cant walk, let alone do any activity or exercise with these. Such a disappointment!

The darn things won't stay in my ear, no matter what your rubber piece I put on it because the back end of the pod is bigger than the front end and the back end stops it from going in your ear no matter what. I like just the old ones cuz they stay put.

Recieved AirPods 3rd generation instead, I was out on a trip and returned long after the return period. Now I’m stuck with overpriced regular AirPods

I was sent fake AirPod Pros. The box is a replica (note misspellings of iOS). The box, charging case, and connected device all contained different serial numbers that register different purchasing dates. The 'AirPods' also have a buzzing sound. Do not buy from this seller.
