The improvement over the Gen 1 is night and day, once you feel the sound quality, you’ll never consider other headphones, the noise cancellation is equally amazing, it will completely fade out all noise, and the transparency mode is something I never thought I would need but now I can’t live without, you can listen to music while staying aware of your surroundings this feature is even better when you enable the Adaptive mode which intelligently cancels out really loud noises while keeping awareness of your surroundings. These earbud also have a Spatial Audio mode which makes it so your music sounds like a concert, and your movies feel like you’re at a movie theater, a truly underrated feature. Also battery last forever and then you charge for 5 min and you’re good to go for plenty of hours

These are hands down the best earbuds I’ve used. The noise cancellation is shockingly effective — blocks out background noise even at the gym or on a plane. Transparency mode is super clear and feels natural when talking to people without needing to take them off. Sound quality is rich, with noticeable improvements in bass and clarity compared to the previous version. The fit is secure and comfortable for long wear, and the new case features (like the speaker and lanyard loop) are actually useful. Battery life holds up well too. Well worth the price.

Sound qualify is bad. Noise cancelling is barely there. Not worth it.

The AirPod Pro 2 is an amazing product to add to your arsenal if you are already in the Apple Ecosystem. I can’t speak for non Apple users but for those who do use Apple Products, the AirPod Pro 2 has got to be the best true wireless option when searching for a new set of earbuds. At a glance the sound quality is above average, what makes the sound and experience of the AirPods so great is the noise cancellation and Spatial Audio. The different noise options such as the transparency feature and the adaptive audio is really what sold me on the AirPods. The different noise options offer so many different use cases, transparency is great when you need to hear your surroundings such as on a run or at work and the noise cancellation is so good that it helps when you want to go into a deep focus or just tune out the world. I’ve never been a fan of in-ear earbuds, but surprisingly the AirPod Pro’s are fairly comfortable especially over long time periods. The choice of different sizes is helpful. Best of all having USB C and MagSafe is a Plus. I can charge them on the go with my Mac but when I’m home, I can throw them on my MagSafe charger. Battery life is great and I’ve never really had a problem with them dying. As long has you have decent charging habits, they shouldn’t really die on you.

They worked fine but a couple of falls from not even that high of a distance broke the touchpad on the right one and major cracks in the left one. Also, you can't get it engraved like you can on the Apple website. Makes me doubt if they were new or just refurbished.

Came broken. The top of the AirPods case came broken and missing parts

My package arrived in a destroyed box with stains like takis. It was horrible to receive the package that way. I trusted best buy to avoid these things.

My airpods pro 2 was OPENED as soon as it arrived. I dont know if they do something to it but i want a refund right now

Unfortunately mi ipods came with empty box looks it was a open item or something i reported to customer service and they do nothing but waste my time end of the story i lost $250 . Poor and unprofessional service here
