Upgraded from AirPods Pro 1st gen due to new phones having USB-C connection, and no longer have lightning. Even traded in our 1st gen, got credit back, easy to do in-store.

Got these as a replacement. Everything went well except for a delivery snag when they were trying to deliver to the home that was destroyed instead of where I am renting.

Works great after I bought foam ear tips

I was not getting a good ear seal with any of the silicone ear tips Included with the AirPods Pro. I was forced to buy aftermarket foam ear tips from a competitor in order to enjoy the AirPods Pro noise cancellation feature. After attaching the aftermarket foam ear tips, the AirPods Pro work great.
