    I purchased these as beginner hearing aids and they work well for that purpose. The firmware needs a little tweaking, and the ear tips on the ear buds are not secure, as one side keeps falling out.

    Overall AirPods are good!!Service at best buy was little disappointing. I have requested gift receipt at Best Buy and i didn’t get one as they were telling me you get online but online says you get at counter. I would say it’s a system glitch!!! Never able to get gift receipt!

    If you’re looking for the absolute best Bluetooth ear buds on the market, these are it. Even though the sound isn’t as bass heavy as some would like, they do everything else very well. Worth the purchase if you can afford it
