Overall, great speakers! For such a small device, it packs a good amount of bass. Of course, larger headphones with larger woofers in them will provide more bass, but it is excellent for its size. The mids and highs are also great. Overall a great balance. I don’t care if there is no EQ to adjust the sound. It’s fine how it is and I would not really tinker with it much anyhow. I owned the first gen AirPods Pro and I can tell the difference between the two. I have not really tested the noise cancelling feature much so I cannot compare that feature. The Transparency mode is much improved but does have one flaw to it. It does a much better job of lowering noises around you. Having said that, sometimes it is too aggressive in trying to adjust what you are listening to in relation to outside noises. It can sometimes be a little jarring in the way the volume automatically adjusts in transparency mode. I wish there was a way to adjust the sensitivity of that. Still, the transparency mode is a major improvement over the first gen. The conversation awareness is a nice feature, but it has a drawback. I cannot sing what I am listening to; the AirPods think I am talking to someone so the volume is reduced. If only Apple could find a way to differentiate between me singing to what I am listening to and me having a conversation, now that would be something! Battery life is noticeably better. Excellent! The upgraded bluetooth technology means faster switching from one device to another. MagSafe charging is awesome. Different size tips means you can find the right fitting for your ear. If you are a part of the Apple exosystem and don’t already own a pair of AirPods, go get it! It is well worth it. Switching from my iPad to my iPhone to my Apple TV is seamless. If you have a first gen pair, I would wait until you find a sale. I got these new for $189, and I am happy with that.

Plus Apple includes four sets of foam tips right in the box to make sure the AirPods Pro have a comfortable fit and airtight seal in the ear canal. If you have an older set of headphones I would absolutely recommend upgrading to these headphones. The sound, battery life, and comfortable fit are worth it. I used the Beats Fit Pro for a couple of years until I went ahead and bought myself some AirPods Pro 2. The Beats sounded fine, but the little "wing" started tearing on both buds and it bummed me out. The AirPods sound great. The bass is just right and there isn't too much treble. Note: I play my music with the rock setting on my iPhone. I talk on the phone a good amount of time on a daily basis as well and I like that the person I'm speaking with can't hear pretty much anything on my end, whether it's loud sounds or other people talking to me. The battery lasts a good while. At work I use them for about four hours straight, charge them for my one hour lunch, and use them for another four hours straight. I did switch out the white tips for some black memory foam ones. Since my job can get a bit physical, I find the factory tips move around more, while the memory foam ones stay put. I love these AirPods 2 and I would recommend them.

The earbuds and case are able to be tracked and pinged, which makes them almost impossible to lose (big problem I had with Bose) 2. Their compatibility with the iPhone and other apple products is very fun to test out, and the feature in general are very helpful for any circumstance. 3. Sound quality is great, they are surprisingly loud, yet do not lack transparency at all; It is probably the most unique feature of the AirPods.
