Genuine improvement over 1st gen

The Noise Cancellation feature cancels out sounds much better now. The Adaptive Awareness/Conversation Awareness feature is very helpful where the music or other sounds are reduced in volume to better hear humans talking to you. The ability to adjust volume on an AirPod works more accurately. More importantly, Spatial Audio makes music listening more enjoyable.

Volume up and down feature is a plus. Battery life very good. Music fade in and out when speaking out loud is a great upgrade too

The battery life is around 6 hours with noise cancelling on which is perfect for me. You will not regret buying these earbuds
