I bought them online and picked them up near me, which made shopping easy and convenient. I experienced great service and I’m happy with my purchase. The AirPod Pro 2s exceeded my expectations.

The hearing aid feature is the best, it is better than OTC hearing aid in my opinion. I love the adaptive feature where it switches to full transparency when I’m having a conversation. Best Buy made the purchase easy. It is a win!

They probably have the best noise canceling till these days, and yes i own sony and boose and other top tier brands. Battery life as you all know isn't apples finest, though it's ok here. Mic quality is good and if you own apple ecosystem these are very dynamic. Lacks multipoint connection with other brands devices, and additionally: could be cheaper since its no longer that new on market.

Not Fit-to-Purpose for Hearing Aids as Before

I used my previous AirPods Pro (2nd Gen with Lighting) as a hearing aid. I liked them better than my $6,000 conventional hearing aids! This USB-C pair is a little better in some ways but less reliable for me as a hearing aid. I hope Apple will change the software to restore its value to me. The problem is that I can't get these to stay in transparency mode with hearing accommodations turned on. Even when I do not choose the new adaptive mode, it still tries to be somewhat adaptive. When I'm listening to someone, it will switch from transparency to adaptive mode and begin to muffle the speaker's voice. If I say something, the AirPods will momentarily revert to transparency mode with hearing accommodating but quickly slip back into a moderated noise cancellation mode, and muffle the speakers' voices. This is killer, sabotaging one of their primary benefits that I used to enjoy and employ extensively in the previous lighting-compatible pair. Again, I hope they will patch the software to fix this. Other PROS: MagSafe USB-C for my new iPhone 15 Pro Max, watch, AirPods ensemble

Really effective noise canceling feature
