I recently purchased the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) for a family member. His previous AirPods developed an annoying static in the left pod. He says the sound quality in the AirPods (2nd Generation) is great, especially the dynamic range and the solid bass. He wears the Pods for work and when streaming on his iPad. Based on his reaction, he's definitely pleased.

Love the noise cancellation feature and they fit perfectly with the included silicone ear plugs.

I’ve been wanting some Apple AirPods for about five years but once I realize a pro series came out, I had to get the twos he was everything that I thought they was great product. Love my Apple products built to last.

Expensive but the older generation of AirPods seems to be more consistent.

The sound and NC are what you'd expect them to be. Very good. I have two phones: a Pixel 8 and an iPhone 16. I knew they didn't have multipoint functionality. I thought I could get past it, but it's a feature I greatly miss. Also, functionally, they don't play nice with the Pixel. Too late for me to return.

Fantastic quality, fantastic features. My wife being able to tell me no by shaking her head while wearing these (reject my call) is a shock feature, it's almost like in there with her! Plus, they have all the same features and a better battery than the newest ones for cheaper!

It is always nice to walk-in, genuinely be greeted with a smile and directed if need be to the electronic you are looking for. I often just come in to Best Buy to just look around and typically end up buying something. Best Buy always stands behind their product and puts the customer first.
