Sound quality is amazing and noise cancelation is great, i came from airpods 2 and this jump is crazy!! I really loved it!

This is one of the nicest airbuds I am used, and they are really comfortable in you ears. I recommend you buy them yourself, and you won't regret it.

great product I love it charges at a good speed with usb-c also if you want in settings you use the feature "Conversational Awareness" to pause and turn off audio also "Adaptive" mode is great it feels like the airpods are not even in and the microphone is great for phone calls it is very clear and "Noise Cancellation" is okay it is good enough but I expected more for $250 also the case scratches easier then I would hope and the fit is very nice it is nice to have a X-small size tip fit well in smaller ears that is sizing flexibility is something the first gen. pros lacked and that option also the tracking feature is very handy for people who lose item often and there is a large amount control too over all I think this is a great buy for someone with apple products

Great deal and best version of airpods, i love the noise cancelation and great battery life.

I work with my son in his yard services business. We use lawnmowers, high powered blowers and weed eaters (which are extremely loud) and have tried several earbuds. The Apple AirPods Pro are the best we have tried and the sound quality is excellent! Highly recommended!

Very nice pods for such a nice price. I preferto use the noise cancellation feature which helps me keep quite near a noisy street.

Amazing pair of headphones, wanted them for a while but the price was always a deterrent which is why I’m only giving it 4 star instead of 5. I tell everyone that using the noise canceling feature is like having a tool that allows you to close the door on the world noise and be able to focus without distractions. Other modes work really well as intended. Like this set so much that I bought another for my wife and she’s loves them too

Had the previous version of the air pods pro for a couple of years and one ear bud started acting up and decided to upgrade. These things are great by far and the noise cancellation is excellent as well.

I recently purchased an Apple AirPods 2 (Open Box: Excellent Condition) from a BestBuy store, expecting a complete product as advertised. To my disappointment, the medium-size ear tip set, which is the default attachment, was missing from the box. The label “excellent condition” strongly implies that all original accessories should be included. However, that was not the case. When I brought this to the attention of the store staff and contacted customer care, I was met with excuses and no resolution. They were unable to replace the item with another open box unit in excellent condition, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Eventually, I had to purchase the missing tips separately from the Apple Gallery, which added unnecessary cost and inconvenience. This experience raises serious concerns about BestBuy’s quality control and advertising practices. If essential parts are missing, how can the product be honestly sold as “excellent condition”? This feels like false advertising and a breach of customer trust. To be clear, this review is not about the Apple product itself—I’m happy with the AirPods 2. But I want to caution fellow customers: Please carefully inspect open box items before purchasing, as the description may be misleading. I sincerely hope BestBuy takes this feedback seriously and improves its inspection and labeling standards for open box products. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and respect.

Definitely really loving these. Got them during Black Friday of course with no regrets. Had a few AirPods through the years but these are my 1st Pro pair. Glad I got the 2nd Gen. These are absolutely amazing.

Upgraded from the og AirPods Pro and I must say, it was definitely an upgrade. ANC is great, transparency mode is noticeably better and the adaptive listening feature is cool. I love that the actual case has a speaker so if I lose it, I have a better chance at locating it.

I love my AirPods! They are a comfortable fit and I don’t go nowhere without them!
