Coming from the 1st generation AirPods Pro I have to say that you get the same quality. However, with Apple’s recent software upgrade these AirPods are taken to the next level. I love the noise cancelling and adaptive settings these come with. Definitely recommend the upgrade!

I had the regular Air pods and these by far have exceeded my expectations. I use them when I am mowing and i cannot hear the mower at all.

I recently picked up the AirPods Pro, and honestly, they're a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the noise cancellation feature is pretty impressive, and they're definitely more comfortable than the regular AirPods. But I've had some issues with the fit—they don't always stay snug in my ears, especially when I'm moving around a lot. Plus, the battery life could be better—I find myself having to recharge them fairly often.

My daughter loves them they sound good. They fit comfortably and all around. She is a happy teenager.

I went in the store at one location to do a price match and I was told that at their location the manager has put a hold on price match. I called another location and the lady did my order over the phone along with the price match. It’s sad how you have to go to different locations to get something done and it’s your policy. I am really grateful for the customer service that the lady provided me. I went to the other location to pick up my item with ease. My husband is very satisfied with his new AirPods.

It’s as if I’ve never had ears before. Forget the real world. I just listen to satanic metal music through these all day! Highly recommend to drown out the real world.
