These are a but nicer than my older version, the adaptive sound control are nice. The only downsides that I notice is when you are working out or get sweaty, they dont love to stay in. Sometimes you have to talk louder at a normal voice on the phone to be heard. Id say those are the two primary issues. Overall I like these products.

Online app is very user friendly and can easily place order. Its always availble in store pick up. Coming to product i love this airpods 2 gen before i used airpods but these features are amazing, like noise cancellation, adaptive sound, clarity in audio everything is best.

Sufficient to say that for general usage I do not use the Hearing Aids when travelling in the car and relying specifically on non-verbal interaction.
