I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday since his first gen airpods stopped working. He LOVES them. These were supposed to arrive the next day, but it never came, so I contacted customer service and they immediately resent a new pair and they came the day after! Amazing customer service and amazing product.

The first generation pros were amazing and these are even better. The sound quality is actually surprisingly good for such small wireless earbuds. I know the initial price might be a little steep but you will be very happy you bought them.

Pro 2s fall out after a while no matter what size ear bud I use.the sound is average at best also.
