Wife is very happy with these headphones. I personally don't like apple, but there is certainly better options for the same price(not apple). over all the are decent and easy to use.

These are such amazing headphones coming from the first generation Pros. I was hesitant to buy them at first but glad I did. The adaptive noise control and conversation awareness are great additions to the second generation Pros. Music sound is beyond stellar. Definitely worth the price of $189 if you’re looking for solid headphones.

These are the best ear buds we have ever owned. And we got one for everyone in our family this thanksgiving. They are totally noise proof and the audio quality is amazing. The best feature is the USB-C charging support. As in the previous model, MagSafe works seamlessly with all brands of charging pads we have. Thank you Apple for a great product and thank you BestBuy for the great price and support.

The sound is great both for calls and music. Noise cancelling is outstanding. Magsafe case charging is a nice feature. Downside is the ear tips are ridiculously hard to change. I do have bigger fingers but the beats are much easier to change. The other negative is that they do not stay in my ears consistently. I do have to readjust them especially when i work out. I was going to return them but the noise cancelling and sound quality is very good. I only use them for certain workouts and will definitely use them on a plane.

It’s alright, I wouldn’t buy these for anything else other than an iPhone and if they aren’t on sale. Other than that, they work as intended, good battery life, quality and noise cancellation. Sometimes I get a few noise glitches. Had to trade in my first pair for another the next day because of a constant noise glitch. The second pair had worked good up until just a few days ago. Even though I had some static come through, hasn’t repeated since.

This is my favorite pair of headphones (particularly on the days when they fit my ears well). The battery life is outstanding and the ability to automatically switch between devices is a major convenience for Apple lovers.

Bought these as a gift for my 12 yr old grandson. I have a pair of the 1st gen. and I love them. He likes the noise cancelling feature because he has small siblings. No doubt he uses them everyday.

These headphones are super easy to use, and are extremely good in quality. I spend the most of my time in my university library and the noise canceling feature on them astonishes me. I cannot hear a word going on around me and it allows me to focus. Not only the noise cancellation being really good but the quality is also fantastic. Ultimately, I would recommend these to anyone and everyone.

Love these AirPods Pro 2nd generation this will be my 3rd pair last pair got damaged by my dog and had to buy another pair I would say these are better than the newer AirPod apple has to offer because they have the tips and different sizes

Gift for my wife, she’s said it is very good sound.

The newest update to the AirPods are awesome. They automatically lower the volume if you begin a conversation. They work beyond amazing on airplanes where there are crying children. I recommend these to anyone who has an iPhone or Apple products. We had a slight learning curve hooking up 2 pairs to an iPad to watch movies, but once we figured that out no issues.
