These are the best headphones I ever had. They don’t slip out noise place noise cancellation is so good there really good. The price is right best thing ever.

All the features of the air pods pro 2 are as advertised except the hearing test. In order to use the pods as a hearing assist, you need to complete the hearing test using the pods. Have attempted this test more than one dozen times using both the iphone settings and the health app. It has never completed the test despite indicating that all parameters are OK. I spent about an hour on the phone with Apple tech support and apparently(?) they are unaware of this problem despite the fact that a single on line search turned up a site with 79 identical reported problems. If you are thinking of getting them for the other features, I would recommend them. If you are getting them for the hearing assist feature, good luck.

The noise canceling feature makes the price worth it! I love that they connect automatically to my iPhone. They’re not comfy to sleep in especially if you’re a side sleeper.

The best service and excellent treatment from the store staff, I went to buy some airpods and it was great, then they had a factory defect and they changed them without any problem a few days later and I got my new airpods again, 5⭐️

I called up “BestBuy” and this guy lied trying to sct like he was the store, he was corporate bestbuy. I asked him aboit a specific location and basically he said that this location only had 1 airpod pro 2nd gen left so he went through the process to “rewerve” it come to find out in store he legit just did a in-store pickup order and i could not pick it up because of the wait timr. He told me i could pick it up though. Basically that BestBuy location had plenty of Airpod Pro 2nd gen and that was a lie. Other than that the product it self currently is a good deal, nice noise cancelation, i love the airpods.

Better noise cancellation and sound quality than prior AirPod pro. Connects easily. Supposed to be able to adjust volume but difficult.

Excellent product, excellent sound quality and design

I’ve owned the 1st generation AirPods Pro for several years and have used the 2nd generation version for 2-3 weeks, now. I appreciate the improved sound quality and the added features/updates of the 2nd generation. USB C charging is helpful in consolidating charging cords, also.

My second pair in two years but still worth it if you want the best. I like the upgrades that this generation offers like conversation awareness. I work on a dirty, sweaty environment around noisy machinery and these AirPods get it done with sturdiness, sound quality, and innovation. Bought a protective case this time as well!

I actually must say these AirPods are the best I’ve had. The noise cancellation works too well so I keep it off. You can’t hear anything when it’s on. Other than that, the process of getting my AirPods curbside was seamless. Good customer service and positive energy.

I bought this AirPod Pro2 for personal use. It has excellent sound. The base sounds great when listening to music, and the noise cancellation is great. I love it and have recommended this to family and friends.
