For starters, Apple added a smaller set of tips, which are amazing as I have small inner ears. The addition of touch volume control is also a big improvement. The ability to have an audible ping when using Find My is nice to have as well, as I often misplace them.

They were a gift for the wife so we could both have a pair. Now with the Apple TV we can watch shows and not disturb a sleeping baby since the AirPods connect directly to the Apple TV.

The technology on this AirPod is incredible. This is the first pair of pods I own and I don’t regret buying them. If you work in a laud environment this is worth buying.

Better than the original Buds

It was getting old, not charging well and sound was getting soft and not crisp. So instead of buying a new ear bud I shopped and found BB to be the lowest cost. The new set is far superior - sound even at low volume is full and clear. I think these sets are probably good for 3 years if you use them everyday, as I do. Worth the price.

Best logical headset for an iPhone owner

However, I upgraded the 1st gen. AirPod Pro and the improvement IS noticeable. Plus noise cancellation is better. I really like the 'conversational' mode that automatically mutes whatever you're playing then resume after you stop talking to someone. Good feature.

Hearing Assistance

They settings were able to take my hearing test results and tune the AirPods to my needs. Thanks Apple! If only the batteries could last longer than 5-6 hours.
