The noise cancelling is very good, even better then the first gen. My favorite part is being able to change the volume levels without looking at my phone.

Save money and buy these

Was hesitant to spend the money but you definitely get what you pay for. I wasted money on several cheeper pairs of ear buds which sound terrible compared to these.
