However, I "borrowed" my husband's Airpods that I got him for his birthday and have never given them back. Far superior connection and sound.

Very happy that I purchased these, the noice cancelling in the best feature. Unfortunately the customer service isn’t good, the last 2 times I’ve been in, no one ever asked if I needed help and they were high dollar purchases.

The AirPods are amazing is shutting out external noise. The price is got this at Best Buy could not be beat anywhere else and the fact that I get free apple care as a member makes it even more worthwhile! Best Buy always has the best deals and it’s always my go to store.

Great Buy if you have Apple devices

ANC is excellent, but does seem to struggle with higher frequency/pitch sounds and voices. When transparency mode is one you can hear your surroundings so clearly you almost forget they’re in your ears. Excellent as well if you own multiple apple devices since it will switch seamlessly between them when it starts playing audio. Battery life is awesome
