Better sound, better noise cancellation, better mic noise cancellation, USB-C case, etc. It's kind of hard to say anything bad about these, particularly since got them when they were on sale!

Best Apple has to offer but….

ANC is decent. Microphone is really good for calls. I purchased different ear tips. The silicone was not great at noise cancelling. They should come with better ear tips

I just feel like I need to buy something to keep them in my ear because no matter what adjustments I make they just fall out :( I will say the noice cancellation is great and their size is just so convenient!
