It sounds great and there are ways to personalize your listening. Want to drown out the world? The noise cancelling on these are fantastic. Even with a lower volume, I struggle to hear the chef screaming at me. Need to be aware of your surroundings? The transparency setting is solid and will deliver the ambient noise around you. The mic is pretty bad. Phone calls might become a struggle. Keep these as a listening device. Beyond that, solid. Worth it if they are on sale.

Apple can do better though by providing a charging block for my USB-C. Got this during pre-order, and arrived today! Glad they had it on of sale of $50 off. Pros: Adaptive AI Noise cancellation. No need to take off the ear piece or lowering down the volume. You get x-small, small, medium, large ear silicone replacement fir the perfect fit. 6 months free apple music. :) Cons: No charging block for my USB-C. Thanks Apple! Deducted 2 stars for that. I still recommend this though! Great investment, just dont lose it!
