The greatest thing about these air buds is the automatic syncing between any Apple devices you have. The built in program for using the pods on your phone is easy to use and very versatile.

Unfortunately, they got stolen and applecare does not cover lost/stolen device. Other than that great item and good customer service from bestbuy.

I'm really impressed with the quiet background, thanks to the noise reduction built in. Lightning-fast recognition by my Mac mini. I'm very pleased.

The quality of the audio is outstanding. Buying my electronics at Best Buy is also a plus, having the total tech plan really gives me peace of mind.

She loves the feature where it blocks out the extra nosie since she struggles with hearing. She also loves being wire free and the automatic connection! They were worth the buy!
