The noise cancellation is by far my favorite part, and the sound quality is amazing. I plan on buying more for family members and friends soon. So impressed with Apple's quality products!

The noise cancelation is significantly better than the previous model. The USB C charging is great for someone with a USB C MacBook Pro. I can carry one cord to charge my computer/AirPods.

From the minute I entered the store the gentleman greeting customers listened to my needs and was able to send me to the appropriate representative. The 2nd representative I spoke with also listened and was able to assist me with any questions I had and made the purchase hassle free and so quick. Not once did I have to repeat anything. He had listened so thorough that there wasn't the need to. I have honestly never had any dealings with other stores like this and that is why I will continue to deal with Best Buy. Your customer service is by far superior to any other competitors. To top it off my nephew was so pleased with his gift!!

I have tried many different types of ear buds and these are by far the best. I am not an apple user typically, but I will not pair buy a different brand ear bud ever again.
