Good sound quality and noise cancelation. Had them in and walked by the clothes dryer while it was ON. I couldn't hear it running and thought it was broken!! Took out 1 Airpod and dryer was just as noisy as ever

Please Apple airpods are so good !!! They are crystal clear with many other beneficial attributes to them just have to try them after you buy them !!! I highly recommend them !!!

I stopped into Best Buy to check on in purchasing the Airpods Pro for my nephew's birthday. From the minute I entered the store the gentleman greeting customers listened to my needs and was able to send me to the appropriate representative. The 2nd representative I spoke with also listened and was able to assist me with any questions I had and made the purchase hassle free and so quick. Not once did I have to repeat anything. He had listened so thorough that there wasn't the need to. I have honestly never had any dealings with other stores like this and that is why I will continue to deal with Best Buy. Your customer service is by far superior to any other competitors. To top it off my nephew was so pleased with his gift!!
