Good Earbuds but Needs better directions

My only complaint is the directions are NOT clear. I went to YouTube to figure out how to use them because the tiny piece of paper from the box they came from made ZERO sense to me.

The noise cancelling feature is amazing but it feels weird sometimes. It creates a bit of a schock going from zero noise to listening to everything

I love these Apple AirPods.
