The volume controls work extremely well and are easily accessible. The charging station is one of the better point of the earbuds heasy to charge.

Dual device functionality needs major improvements

The way the air pod pro 2’s switches between devices is horrible and needs to be improved. Very disappointed with that, especially at this price point and Apple’s reputation as a leading tech company. I have a cheaper Jabra pair of earbuds I use at work that switch seamlessly and only when a device has an incoming call, unless you force the switch.

Good Improvements from the 1st Gen Pros

The sound quality is improved with deeper base. The noise cancellation is also improved between the models.
