The sound is great and the voice recognition and volume down for talking is very cool. The only complaint I have is they don’t stay in the ear as well as my previous non apple brand ear buds. I am trying the other silicone pieces to get a better fit.

Recently I decided to upgrade especially since they were on sale. The difference is crazy, it took me a minute to get adjusted to different features that these come with but it was well worth it.

Same ones as I bought her a year ago to replace the ones that just started to wear down after daily use of about 2 years. The only downside was the port was changed on the charging case from lightning to usbc so now I have to buy her a new nightstand charging pad. Oh well could be worse.
