Fair Hearing Airs, Fine Earbuds

I work in healthcare, and there are often multiple conversations. My hearing is slightly damaged from loud music in my youth, and I had hoped the "adaptive" hearing aid function would help, but it tends to bring speech and background noise in and out randomly. They are fine for listening to music or podcasts and interface seamlessly with Apple products, but the AI that isolates conversation is still pretty broken.

Airpods Pro are amazing

They also work so seamlessly with other apple products. However they fall out of my ears easily and even though I’ve tried all the different tips none keep them securely in place.
