Great item, terrible service

I ordered online and arrived in the store at the time my email indicated but my item was not ready. There was no line and the workers were laughing and talking, so I was disappointed that no one was able to assist. The young man that waited on me (young Indian man) was condescending and rude. I asked for a manager (older, balding white man), but he was no better. Just TERRIBLE service. I will never go back.

My old ones finally gave out after almost 5-years of usage and I immediately scheduled an in-store pick up order for a new pair. Best Buy had my order ready before I got there and it took all of 2 mins to recycle my old pair and pick up my new pair.
