I love these AirPods they fit perfectly in my ears. Customer service on the other hand is horrible at this store. I have spent too many thousands of dollars here to be treated the way this store treats you. Getting to the point I almost rather go purchase my items for full price at the actual manufacture store. My 4 stars is for the AirPods, not best buy customer service.

AirPods Pro 2 are pretty nice. The update from the first gen that stands out to me is adjusting the volume by sliding your finger on the AirPod. Other than that, I see no big difference from the first gen. I do like them tho.

Love these. The different modes that allow no outside sound are amazing. Been using Sony wireless headphones for years but decided to make the jump and glad I did. Well worth the purchase.

Love the sizing choices. I’ve never been able to keep any in ear without falling out. I was able to change the size and they work perfect. Also, the noise cancellation is ridiculously good. Love them so far!

Excellent sound quality great if you love to run and listen to music or even just for every day phone calls or the virtual meeting definitely worth the money

This is a definite improvement over the original EarPod. Better sound quality and the issue of one side not working has not been my experience with the Gen2 EarPods pro.

definitely just perfectly good quality sound & so far I’m in joying the air pod every day I use it for calling and wen I commute riding the public Bus, going to work even the noise in bus I can adjust the noise cancellation too just great

I’ve had a pair in the past and they’ve always been reliable. I love the noise cancellation and head tracking features. I don’t think it’s gets any better if you’re looking for wireless earbuds. #airpodpros4life

I purchased these for my son who originally had the Airpods 2nd generation ..wanting an upgrade ..and boy hes happy with all of the features, especially how they sound quality also charge in the case not having to plug in would definitely recommend these ..

upgraded from the 1st Generation AirPods Pro, which I also had since they launched, and liked them a lot. And before that, I had the original AirPods, which I also loved. So I think it’s safe to say I’m well-credentialed in my knowledge of AirPods and their use in everyday life

I loved my first generation Airpod Pros but the second generation claimed to be even better so I had to take advantage and pre order these. The second generation didn’t let me down, the sound is somehow even better. The active noise cancellation, which is my favorite feature, works flawlessly. My husband tried these mowing the lawn and he said it was amazing that he could hear his music and not the mower. I love that this generation includes the Find My feature that helps you locate lost Apple products. The spatial audio isn’t new in this generation, but is also really cool in my opinion. It’s also worth mentioning that this can be charged with the Apple Watch charger for added convenience. Setup was also a breeze and these connected immediately to all of my devices. I love these and I use them every chance that I get.

Had these AirPods since June of last year and I could say that these gens 2 are worth it because of the performance and of how long they are able to last.

Never going back to the old corded earphones. I love my AirPods. The convenience of ordering online with best buy is unmatched. Simply order pull up and go. I love it. I highly recommend everyone to check them out.

The sound is even better than I thought it would be! When I wear them, I hear nothing else! I even use them while I work from home for conference calls. The speaker on the AirPods case works surprisingly well too!

You already know these are better than the first generation, go cop some of these. These are real good will never let you down.

Very good sound quality i try different brands but apple it sounds better Another good point its the find my case or even the airpods when you forgot where you leave them

i switched from having the galaxy buds and i’ll say, i high recommend it! the noise cancellation is phenomenal, as well as the transparent mode. the sound quality puts you right in a small movie theater!! love them.

these are our 4th pair because they are so durable and not easy to lose. especially when they are for your 14 yo daughter who really dont understand the value of them. 1100$ later they are fantastic. thanks apple for making an awesome product.
