I upgraded to this generation of the Pro as my last pair have started to make a static noise when I put them in. I use them pretty heavy as I take a lot of business calls from my cell phone. From a sound perspective, these are much improved from the previous generation. Music sounds much better and the noise control is better too. However, there seems to be an issue with calls with these new Airpods that I can't figure out yet. If I have them in and a call comes in, they don't switch for some reason. I can't hear anything and the result is that I have to switch to speaker phone, take them out, put them back in the case, close it for a few seconds, and then put them back in for them to reconnect and be able to use them on a phone call. It's pretty annoying being I bought them more specifically for taking calls than anything else.

Love the sound quality, and I was able to buy them when they had a $50 off sale going on, so I was even more happy with my purchase.

Better sound quality than the previous ones. However, it has improved in terms of sound. Battery could be better.

love it with all my heart the noise cancel really blocks out my parents fighting and breaking stuff left and right, then when the cop wanted to talk to be the active mode really helped me calm down while listening to music i could understand and give info to the cop of how my mother beat my father down with my genie pig. plus also good bass. 100% say buy it if you want your kid not too hear a beating.

I was tired of buying multiple low-quality headphones, and decided to buy some high-quality apple air pod pros 2nd gen. It was worth it!

The noise canceling is much better than the previous model. I was able to use them on a plane and leave my over the ears headphones home.

Switch to apple ecosystem got the 14 plus and got these airpods pro 2 so far is been great, sound is great they pair seamlessly and call quality is superb.

I own the 1st generation and these are a big upgrade in sound quality and noise cancellation. The case is also a pleasant upgrade

Works so much better than expected. I put them in the chest time and couldn’t hear the A/c to my truck or anything while parked waiting.

This is my 2nd pair of AirPod Pros, I enjoy being able to use the noise cancellation option while jogging or at the gym.
