Incredible product! Will recommend, I’ve been using this for more than 2 years now and still have no issue.

They work amazing! They even got wet 4 times and still worked! Love the additional ear pieces they give you with it in case you have smaller/larger ear holes

I decided to upgrade to the 2nd generation! Def love the increase in battery life and notice a difference in noise cancellation

I’ve had the original AirPods, AirPods 3rd Generation, and original AirPods Pro. This is by far the nicest upgrade and most polished of all versions. The noise cancellation is improved with less ANC pressure that can occur. In addition, the overall sound feels more crisp and clean when listening to voiced audio (i.e. YouTube, podcasts, etc.), while the musical notes feel a little more well rounded. Of course there are improvements to the case and battery life, but I never had an issue in those areas wirh rhe originals. Overall, these are a worthwhile upgrade especially if you can catch them on sale.

Love these! I find them more comfortable than the previous model. Crystal clear sound, no static or connection dropping out. Bought a second pair to give as a gift.

Sound is very good. Have issues connecting both EarPods. Usually one is connected and require multiple reset to make them work

The sound is fantastic, bass is better than most cars and the noise cancellation is perfect for loud environments like school.

Pods are OK. Noise cancellation is good. I absolutely HATE the ear cushions these come with. My original air pod pro's the cushion was so weak - while cycling the right one fell out of my ear and a car effing ran over it. I was incensed that I had to spend a couple hundred $$ to replace it! I had to buy aftermarket cushions so these suckers can stay in my ear.

My husband ordered these for my birthday and picked up at the store. The store service was excellent. I love them and use them for calls and music.

Didn’t think it could be improved upon, but they did. The find my case feature is already a life saver. The spatial awareness is so subtle but feels like a real conversation. Also the AirPods seem like they are pairing better than have in the past.

AirPods work very well with my iPhone. They are used daily and provide great sound.

Use these hours each day. For work and for leisure. They work great.

They work great. I use it everyday. They come with different size ear pieces. I ended up using the original size it came with. I haven’t had any issues with mine yet.

I have owned several earbuds of top brands and I do deliveries for a living so it’s been very important to communicate with customers ongoing especially to do voice texting while driving no air buds till now have ever been able to do this perfect like the Apple AirPods Pro, none of my other ones would even spell Al even close to anything I said these are by far the greatest communicating earbuds I have on today thank you apple and thank you best buy keep up the great work and God bless you all

AirPods Pro (2nd generation) have excellent sound. Even better than gen1. Improved bass and treble. Highly recommended!

Good improvement from previous Gen, while it's looks almost identical but the sound quality is awesome, especially the bass.

Definately has better sound quality and the noise cancelling blocks out slightly more sound than the first generations. Also fits better in ears than first generation.

I am very satisfied with these new Pro's - they now move into my daily driver routine and very thankful these have MORE BASS!!

Love the fit and the noise canceling feature. They are a little pricey, however you get what you pay for.
