My new air pro

Not completely happy with this product.

Not really. Sound is very good for an ear piece. Not nearly as good as headphones. Many times I am forced to go through the "Delete Device" and pair again with Apple devices. So, unless you dedicate this to one device it is high maintainence.

Great headphones

I really like the ability to deactivate the noise canceling and be able to hear noise around you unlike passive headphones. I had an issue with the noise cancelling not turning off, and had to send it in to apple to fix. I paid for apple care + and they completely replaced them. Well worth the extra investment

Love the pro's

They have never fit my ear well, and the pro ear buds. The only negative is when you put both buds in, the noise reduction is almost scary!!!
