Poor shipping experience

It never showed up for first delivery and it said it did because one out of the two items was in there. Was charged for it too. So they are trying re shipped it. It’s been over a week waiting for it to come in. I even tried to pick it up in Union and the girl there was rude and didn’t even say anything when it was my turn to go up to the counter just shrugged at me. Then wasn’t helpful about my pick up order. I just wanted to know if the item was in stock and couldn’t tell me that. Overall not a good experience trying to get these headphones. I hope they work well if not I will be very disappointed. After all this waiting for them.

The sound also has no real bass extension. Again good sound but not great. User interface is great though. Returned for some Bose QuietComfort EarBuds 2. Much happier.
