My son purchased theses AirPods with money he had been saving. I was hesitant due to the price vs. value but he is very happy with the purchase and I was very pleasantly surprised by how well they work.

Nice sound they are pretty good. I would've liked a little more confort to the design though.

THESE ARE FAKE!!!! I didn't know when I ordered *through Best Buy* they would come from a third party seller ("Sold & shipped by CircuitGuard Pro" is what I eventually saw)- they came weeks late, then when they arrived were CLEARLY fake. weird box. weird sounds when they go in your ear, and the microphone didn't work! I checked the SN with apple and it was confirmed it was a bogus SN. I tried contacting Best Buy and after an hour was told I either had to go IN to a Best Buy (there isn't one near me) or work through the third party seller I didn't ever intend to use and try to work it out.... UNREAL. SO FRUSTRATING.

I've never liked earbuds before. I still have problem with it staying in one ear but the sound is perfect!

Excellent product!!! However, only get them IF you can afford them or you really, really want them! If you have the first generation, they are very good themselves! For most people, the first AirPods Pro’s are good enough. To me, the difference between the first snd second generation is a little different, but nothing mind blowing. The first ones may even be on sale! I’m just being 100% honest! So unless you REALLY want the second generation, the first generation will do.

Noise cancellation is alot better than the first. Battery life lasted almost cross country flight from NY to SD.

The sound quality is better than previous version. The ability to adjust the volume with the slider feature is handy. Pricey, but I like this product a lot.

Everything is better compared to the first generation. Battery, sound, noise cancellation, etc etc etc. Love them!

Pretty good quality and enjoy being hands free. Doesn’t have the same features as the pro, but you get what you pay for.

This is the second pair of air pod pros I've owned, the first is still going strong. the 2nd generation i purchased for my wife for Christmas, she likes them a lot, the only thing they are a little different to program and have much better features

Best pair of AirPods I ever bought. New charging option, better battery life, find my options and sound. Love them!

After having the original Airpods Pro, you would probably wonder what the difference are between them and the new 2nd generation Pro’s. When looking at them, they practically look identical. Well, the first main difference starts with the case; it now has a speaker built in so as to find it easier and is able to be found in the findmy app now, which is a huge plus. The audio quality is better, though you may have to have the ear to be able to motice it. The biggest difference I would say is the noise cancellation which has improved for sure in terms of eliminating background noise. In some instances, it does so well its really quite amazing when it goes pitch silent. There is one thing that has been a bit irritating, though. I work around equipment that varies in noise at times, and what I’d be guessing is the noise canceling feature is doing at times is trying to adjust to it so as to cancel the noise; but when it does this it makes noise cracks/pops which is worse then the nkise around ne. So thats been a bummer, but I’m guessing this can/will be fixed in an upcoming software update. Overall, great earbuds especially if in the Apple ecosystem.
